COMBA Submits Comment to JCOS Regarding Yielding Language

On May 6, 2009 COMBA formally submitted suggestions and requested significant change in JCOS yielding regulations, education efforts, and enforcement methods. Those suggestions can be read in full here.

In June, JCOS proposed new language to regulation 6.4.1.C.25, and asked for public comment by July 6. COMBA's response to JCOS' proposed language can be read here. We encourage all interested parties to read both statements in full, and attend the OSAC meeting Thursday, August 6, when JCOS' newly proposed Yielding Regulations will be discussed. Thank you.
