COMBA Welcomes Turin Bicycles

COMBA welcomes new corporate sponsor Turin Bicycles, Ltd.!  Look for co-branded Turin and COMBA T-shirts on sale at Turin’s centrally located downtown Denver storefront. Five dollars from the sale of each item will be donated to COMBA’s trail building and stewardship projects in addition to Turin’s sponsorship of COMBA.

Turin Bicycles, Ltd. opened for business in 1971 and is Denver, CO’s oldest bike shop. Stocking over 700 bicycles, including mountain bikes from Specialized and DeVinci, Turin is nationally recognized for its extensive selection of bikes, clothing, aftermarket products, replacement parts, and most importantly, customer service.

“What really sets Turin apart is our commitment to service,” said Ryan Hofman, Media Lead. “Our team has over 200 years of combined service and repair experience. We send our staff to Fox, SRAM, Specialized and Shimano professional training to stay ahead of the curve and provide our customers with the best service and repairs.”

Turin and COMBA partnered in May at Gociety’s Rooftop Derailleur Party with Turin generously providing products for the party’s raffle and raising $325 for COMBA. Turin doubled the effort with a matching $325 gift and, in addition, is donating portions of the proceeds from the sales of co-branded Turin and COMBA T-shirts.

“We are excited and thankful to have Turin’s support of our projects to enhance and preserve great mountain bike experiences,” said Kristy Kibler, President of the Colorado Mountain Bike Association. “The energy and support of shops, like Turin, dedicated to promoting mountain biking sustains our efforts and our community.”

Follow Turin and COMBA on the web, Facebook and twitter to be the first to hear about upcoming group rides and events. And please stop by their 700 Lincoln Street, Denver, CO store to pick up a T-shirt and thank them for supporting COMBA and mountain biking.
