Trailfest: Maryland Mountain

Join us for a femme-only Trailfest in partnership with the COMBA Women's Program + Girls, Gears, and Beers!

COMBA Trailfest is an education-forward hands-on day of learning designed to make trail building more accessible and approachable. It’s about more than moving dirt - you'll leave with an understanding of how trails are designed, why they’re built the way they are, and how each of us plays a role in protecting and improving the places we ride!

No prior experience required. All tools and instruction provided.

Plus a post-dig party with food + drinks!

What you can expect to learn:

• Trail building basics & tool education

• Sustainable trail design principles

• How to properly maintain and repair features

• Why stewardship matters to our riding community

• How to stay involved with future trail projects

What you need to bring:

• Bike

• Closed-Toe Shoes

• Work Gloves (mtb gloves often get torn up)

• Water + Snacks

• A can-do attitude

Our goal is simple: Give you the skills, confidence, and community to keep showing up.

This is a femme-only event created to center and support those who are historically underrepresented in trail-building spaces. We welcome women, non-binary, and femme-identifying individuals to join us.
