About the event
Come update your riding attire at Yeti Clyles headquarters in Golden, CO! We know MTB gear can get pricey and we get tired of the same ol' kit, so we'll be hosting a women's gear exchange and sale! Bring your old stuff (that's still in good shape) and we'll give you exchange tickets to get something new. The more you bring, the more you get! In order to make this successful, we highly encourage you to bring gear, but if you don't have old gear, no problem! We'll also be offering all of our gear at very affordable prices! Bonus: if you bring 5 accepted items to exchange, you get a raffle ticket! And we're notorious for having pretty awesome raffles :)Â
Gear that will be accepted (MTB only, no road):Â
- Jerseys (no team/sponsor logos)
- Shorts
- Riding pants
- Knee & elbow pads
- Shoes (gently worn only)Â
- Gloves
- Chamois (only if new, with tags)
- Helmets (only if new, with tags)
- Misc gear (racks, accessories, etc.)
Gear we cannot accept:
- Bike specific parts (chains, handlebars, etc.) - please donate these to Lucky Bikes
- Bikes
- General athletic clothing
- Road biking gearÂ
- Clothing that's heavily wornÂ
- Used chamoisÂ
- Used helmets
Any leftover gear from the event will be used or donated at our events and we can assure you, they will find a good home!Â
Not interested in gear? It'll be a party so come hang and meet fellow riders! We'll have beer, drinks and food! 🎉Â
Can't attend but have gear you'd like to contribute to the community and new riders? Contact women@comba.org or please feel free to drop off at Yeti Headquarters in Golden, M-F from 9-4, anytime before June 20th. Just tell them you're dropping off gear for the COMBA Women's event. Thank you for helping make mountain biking just a little more affordable for all!Â
